ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Role & Responsibility
-In the case of the PQCS job, only those who pass the Aramco(Company) interview can be hired by Hyundai Engineering and Construction.
-Liaise with Saudi Aramco Inspection Representative regarding Procurement
-Quality Control and reporting all procurement quality related matter/status to him throughout the design and procurement stage
-Communicate with Project Procurement Manager/Engineer/Coordinator for the timely coordination of inspection activities and any quality related issue
-Ensure the inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with the approved ARAMCO Forms 175, or Special and the established Inspection and Test Plans
-Perform the Pre-Inspection Meeting with Vendor and COMPANY
-Ensure shop inspections are carried out during fabrication and the attendance of CONTRACTOR's inspector for the intermediate and final shop tests, recording the results in the provided forms
-Review Vendor quality documents, and compile Inspection Assignment Package(IAP) and submit to SAIR
-Prepare and transmit 2 Weeks Look Ahead Schedule of all planned Inspections and tests activities to COMPANY
-Review all inspection reports and transmit a copy to COMPANY
-Coordinate the review and approval as necessary, of quality related procedures, (such as Inspection & Test Plans (ITP’s), weld procedure qualifications, welder qualification, NDT procedures, heat treatment procedures and pressure testing procedures), and quality reports.
-Review Material Requisition(MR) and Technical Bid Evaluation(TBE) regarding quality requirements in order to make sure that all quality and inspection requirement for the purchase material are included in the requisition
-Control and ensure the inspection coverage for the Vendor sub orders
-Communicate with the assigned inspector to make sure the findings were correctly addressed in the inspection report
Requirement /Qualification
Major / Degree
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical, Instrument field
Expertise / Skill
-University degree or equivalent with Seven(7) years inspection experience, or High school diploma with Ten(10) years inspection experience, in both cases with a minimum three(3) years experience of supervision of Vendor inspection activities. (e.g.: Oil, Gas and Petrochemical project)
-Excellent English and Communication skills
-MS office (Excel, Word, Power point)
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies Preferred.
