Hilton Salwa Beach Resort Doha-Qatar partners with Asiapower

In Jan 2020, We had the opportunity to arrange and manage the Hilton Salwa Beach Resorts Recruitment Campaign in India.

Hilton Salwa Beach Resort is the Middle East's premier destination beach resort, located on three million square meters of prime coastline in the southwest corner of Qatar, having a 2,800 square mtr spa and health club, and much more. The complex is expected to open in 2020.

We worked on recruitment of 197 personnel for different departments of the Hotel and Resort. Interviews were conducted in Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore in the Hilton properties itself. We were successfully able to fulfill their requirements and look forward to working with them again.

Asiapower with ENKA - Turkey in Bangladesh:

Our prestigious client ENKA from turkey required 500 civil trades from Bangladesh for their power plant project in Bismayah - Iraq.

Out technical team lined up more than 1000 tradesmen for final trade test and we succeeded to complete the requirements as per ENKA standards.

With a meticulous and performance proven recruitment process built over more than 30 years of overseas manpower recruitment, Asiapower supported Samsung recruit qualified manpower for Plant Constructions for their projects viz. Rolling Mill Maaden, Shaybah & Takreer projects.

With an array of experienced Project Managers, On Site Counsellors and Interviewers, The recruitment campaign was held across 3 cities, Mumbai ,New Delhi and Kathmandu,Nepal and successfully recruited more than 600 personnel for UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Asiapower invests in Bangladesh:

As per a study done by the International Labour Organization ( ILO ), The demand for workers from Bangladesh in the coming months and years will depend on many factors. Among these are prospect of economic growth of the labour receiving countries especially in the gulf region, the principal destination of short term Bangladeshi workers, availability of cheap labour in Bangladesh, skill development programme of the government and, of course, government initiatives to introduce discipline and transparency in the migration process.

Asiapower, by investing in a huge training center and office in Dhaka, Bangladesh has tried in its own small way to educate and train the unskilled manpower of Bangladesh to be able to upgrade themselves and improve their livelihood by offering lucrative earning opportunities.

Asiapower with BEB-Bechtel, ENKA, BEC Consortium - MC3 – Development of Muscat International Airport Project:

A Bechtel-led consortium is designing and building a new terminal and associated facilities at Muscat International Airport.

Asiapower is entrusted to finally select the candidates on our own guarantee. Our technical qualified team of Recruitment Managers travelled to Bidar, Jaipur, Delhi for shortlisting candidates. We successfully deployed 225 candidates till date. Bechtel is satisfied with our selection and received additional demand of around 350 manpower and the selection process is going on.

Asiapower with NBTC, Kuwait:

Our Presitgious client NBTC from Kuwait required around 800+ civil trades for their various projects.

Different recruitment campaigns were arranged and the interviews were held in various cities of Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kochi, Vadodara, Ranchi, Patna. Our team of qualified Recruitment Managers lined up more than 1000 tradesmen for final trade test to fulfill their requirements. We successfully deployed around 700+ candidates.

A leading Kuwait-based civil construction and infrastructure company with 48 years of experience in delivering complex infrastructure projects with a commitment to quality in construction.

Asiapower has received requirement from Mushrif for 250 nos in March 2016 for their Road Construction projects. Interviews were conducted by their delegates in different cities - Mumbai, Delhi, Jalandhar and Jaipur to fulfill the requirement.

The Client was satisfied with our Recruitment services & additional requirements for Senior & Skilled positions for 150 numbers received in May & October 2016.

Along with the above, 300 labors were recruited by Mushrif on CV selection & deployed on our Guarantee.

Till date approximately 800 plus candidates have been deployed to Mushrif.

Asiapower with GS-Kuwait:

GS E&C, Korea one of our Prestigious Clientele a global EPC contractor leveraging its experience in Refineries, Gas and Petrochemical Plants to continually provide premier design and Construction Services.

GS has been awarded various projects in Kuwait like CFP, NWC, Doha link etc for which interviews are conducted in various cities and also candidates are selected through CV selection.

For Doha Link Project in April 2016 Asiapower had been allocated the responsibility to select & deploy 400 nos. manpower on our own Guarantee. There was target set by the company to deploy 80 – 100 candidates in a month and all targets were achieved as per the time schedule.

With our continuous dedication and completion of the Targets set, Asiapower was allocated with additional requirement of 150 nos. in June and 140 in August 2016.

Apart from the above the GS Clients visit for interviews for their other projects to conduct interviews in different cities in India.

Operating in such fields as construction, real estate development, energy and health, the Holding is the 44th largest international contracting company of the world and the 10th largest contractor of Europe.

Asiapower successfully conducted interviews in Philippines and India in August 2016 and received selection of around 400+ candidates. Process is going on and the candidates shall be deployed in Russia.

Asiapower with King Abdul Aziz Hospital:

KAUH was the first educational hospital in Saudi Arabia and one of university hospitals affiliated to college of medicine in KSU. KAUH combines a group of distinct medical qualifications such as consultants, physicians and technicians in many specialties with international expertise, in addition to, the developed modern technology in one of the finest hospitals in KSA.

Asiapower received requirement from KAUH for 150 Nurses . A recruitment team comprising of 10 clients visited India for conducting practical written test and face to face interviews in different cities - Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai & Kochi. Selection of more 150+ was received, process is going on and the nurses shall be deployed to KSA.

All the clients were impressed with our services and Asiapower was awarded with the Certificate of Appreciation as a token for all our efforts.
