OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Operates various controls and equipment of the Slitter Line. He will be working at the different area of the Pit Slitter or High Speed Slitter as the need arises.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Safety, Health and Environment
-Raise Near miss reports
-Conduct Audits
-Participate in incident investigations
Production
-Achieve the target for production tonnage
-Achieve the target yield
-Achieve the target availability of the plant
Quality
-Achieve the target quality
-Reduce the rejection rate
-Reduce the quality defects
Management
-Develop and train the team members
-Increase the discipline and morale of the team
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualifications:
-Minimum high school graduate.
Experience:
-Three 3 years operational experience in Finishing Lines.
-Detailed technical knowledge of the specific process being operated is required.
Skills:
-Must possess problem solving skills.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer knowledge an advantage.
-Good command of the English language.
