General Qualification and Requirements:
-Must have 8 years experience as I&C Engineer in Desalination or Power Plant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in programming leadership as well as the ability to develop and implement standard engineering practices, as well as provide detailed documentation upon project completion.
-This person will be the project technical lead and may be responsible for some project management activities.
Electrical & Instrumentation Knowledge is required.
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position is required
-Must understand& should work in all field instruments and knowledge in SIMENS –
DCS & PLC System &HMI panels.
-Proficient in speaking and reading English, Computer knowledge in addition to MS
Office, Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
-Meticulous and well organized personality
-Candidate presently in Saudi Arabia and with transferable Iqama can only apply.
-Working experience with Korean Company.
Preferred
-Bachelor Degree with Instrumentation specialization
-Experience in maintenance department of water plant
-Experience in Water Plant (Power Plant can also be considered)
-Thorough Experience and skills in requirements of all kind of field instruments such as control valves, MOV, Transmitters,and Analyzers, All type of switches, temperature, Pressure, Flow switches and vibration elements.
-Must attend regular meetings and should able to handle clients.
-Requirements documentation, detailed design generation, implementation, system integration, testing and on-site startup. Daily responsibilities include solutions implementation and support of the project team objectives. This position may receive technical direction from a lead process engineer. This position demands a team player approach to project execution. Plans and coordinates technical design and engineering implementation of project work
-Must have proven experience with any of the following I&C water plant:
MSF,RO,DAF,CF, DMF …etc
-Good Communication skill in English.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
-I&C Maintenance in Desalination and demineralization of water plant.
-Should have skill in maintenance of all field instruments such as Pressure, Flow& temperature: Transmitters, MOV, Control valves, Vibration, Analyzers, Switches and sensors.
-Should able to understand and solve issues raised in field.
-Able to code and receive correct specifications for spares.
-Participating for all the Inspections& meetings (LIKE MOM) along with client.
-Preparation and maintaining required soft and hard documents.
-Maintenance & Calibration work for all the field equipments.
-Good coordination among the all departments.
-Making the comfortable work zone for the inspectional teams
-Excellent working knowledge and understanding of all segments of operation.
-Should handle Equipment’s as follows:
-HART- Communicator
-Process - calibrator.
-Drug - calibrator
-Temperature and milli amps injector.
-Testing Adjusting Balancing Work & Coordination & Inspection.
-Floating request for inspection of installations to consultant and rectifying if any snag works / comments
-Able to prepare permit and to solve work ordered.
-Attending site visits and rectifying created issues.
-Able to handle and lead the team.
-Preparation of RFI’s as per the standers
