RELIABILITY DEPARTMENT
JOB PURPOSE
Supervise and assist the Inspection of plant Stationary equipment structure as per the schedule requirements and call-ins from various plant sections. Involve to RBI / ACA / PHA studies for concrete/Steel Structures and other stationary equipment support subjected to RBI as per OMS 315.09 & 315.11 guidelines and targets. conduct inspection tasks based on RBI / ACA / PHA recommendations and forward to maintenance for implementation in SAP system. Carries out professional technical tasks and provides technical support for the Stationary equipment inspections, condition assessments and QAQC related to projects/TA activities execution.
KEY ACOUNTABILITIES
-Complying with HADEED EHSS & Quality Policies and management directives.
-Select appropriate inspections techniques for addressing requirements of critical equipment / structures and installations in different plant sections. Moreover ensuring any inspection used in HADEED to be qualified OMS 315.09 & 315.11 requirements, SMS, BP, TA, etc.
-Coordinate with plant sections and planners for requirements related to job cards, work permits and relevant details of the jobs. To arrange setup of necessary accessories and instruments for the inspection jobs to be done, as required by that particular application.
-Facilitate HADEED RBI/ACA/PHA activities related to stationary Equipment and ensure quality of these analysis / assessments.
-QAQC for Shutdown / projects related activities.
-Monitor inspection tasks and inspection recommendations execution on time to ensure zero overdue.
-Frequent Reports to HADEED Management about inspection findings / recommendations progress.
-Witness the inspections & testing of CP & Civil Condition assessment techniques
-Provide Technical supports for review of the Opex/Capex project/ TA Scope activities related to stationary equipment
-To have sufficient knowledge about inspection techniques and construction materials application, in order to provide effective monitoring in various stationary equipment and installations.
-Perform and setup inspection procedure for various critical structures and installations and keep history of the data for trending and predictive maintenance actions for Civil & CP systems.
-Provide support in emergency situations for inspecting stationary equipment and installations related problems in plants to reduce downtime to a minimum level.
-Participate in annual shutdown planning and job execution in the site & To Monitor civil works at different sites in Hadeed.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
-Knowledge of, ACI, ASI & SBC codes.
-Knowledge of SES, RC standards
-Knowledge of SAP system.
Minimum Experience:
-Minimum of five years experience in inspection jobs for various stationary equipment and installations in heavy industrial environment.
-He should be able to use latest techniques and standards in application of corrosion monitoring of Stationary Equipment and installations.
-Should have adequate training and experience on working with sophisticated monitoring instruments and associated computer software.
Job Specific Skills:
-Should have computer skills to report, keep and update the inspection data for the works on the plant structures and installations.
-Good communications skills and knowledge of safety procedures for carrying out the job.
-Spoken and written English fluency
-Should have the knowledge of the Engineering basic codes & standards. (NACE, ACI & ASI codes, SES, etc.).
-Should be self-motivated, dynamic and able to lead the Reliability & Maintenance team of experts.
