ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Role & Responsibility
-Drafting / reviewing / modifying correspondences (including any correspondence drafted from other disciplines, if required) and contractual documents
-Dealing with Change Orders, any current and future claims for Extension of Time, any related loss and expense claims
-Attending any meetings, discussions etc. with Saudi Aramco and/or Other Contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers as the case may be required, and drafting minutes of meeting, if required
-Presenting strategic advices in relation to any contractual issues that may arise
-Resolving contractual issues with Saudi Aramco in a timely and effective manner
-All other works and/or communications required of a commercial / contractual nature as part of Contract Management
Requirement/Qualification
Major / Degree
Bachelor Degree of Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Expertise / Skill
-Quantity Surveying experience
-Contract Management experience
-Time Claim experience
-Excellent Communication skills
-MS office skills (Excel, Word, Power point, Project)
-Self-motivated and Leadership
Experience
-Mega EPC project experience in the middle east preferred.
-Experience in time claim related work preferred.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
Language
Fluent in the written and spoken English language
