Purpose of the Job/Job Mission
The Site/Project HR Coordinator handles functions related to HR, Administration, and logistics in a site/project within NESMA UNITED divisions or companies.
-The Site/Project HR coordinator meets with site/project staff to identify and resolve problems. Assure compliance with policies and procedures, He / She represent the support services unit and attend and participate in site/project meetings within his assigned project. In addition, he / she prepares clear and concise reports as required by the Support services unit head.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
-Receive employees request forms, such as Bank Letters, salary Certificate, Employment Certificate etc, recommend actions, obtains necessary approvals on a project/site level as per the authorization provided to the project in charge and forward to the Support services unit head
-Receive recruitment requests initiated by site/project, attach related Org. Chart and forward to the Support services unit head
-Ensure all new employees benefits are provided as per contract and RRF (Medical and Life insurance, food allowance, accommodation, etc. . .)
-Ascertain Site/project induction program and required preparations are ready and prepared for new arrivals
-Receive incident reports, investigate, and recommend actions.
-Receive site/project leave requests such us: annual leave, emergency leave, unpaid leave, etc. and obtains necessary approvals on a project/site level, as per the authorization provided to the project in charge by his division/company
-Monitor attendance i.e. in/Out Rosters, overtime usage, and endorse time sheets
-Receive and forward to the support services unit head requests of change in employee benefit (change position, change salary, change allowance, etc.)
-Receive and forward to the support services unit head employees’ exits (termination, resignation, not reporting to duty, etc. . .) and follow to conclusion.
-Ensure company belongings at-e handed over on exit/leave to the designated on a project
- Monitor Saudization percentage and assist in Recruitment, development, and retention of Saudi Employees.
-Endorse employees Probation evaluation onsite
-Monitor and suggest training by performing TNA
-Monitor and ensure performance evaluations are processed on site
-Conduct employee utilization evaluation and recommend adjustments
-Maintain site/project updated Org. Charts And JDs
-Ensure employees are assigned as per cost center indicated in the ERP system,
-Endorse employee transfers
-Ensure any rentals placed on site/project are based on Ajeer system
-Coordinate with the support services unit head on issues related to non NT employees assigned to the project/site
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
Desirable:
-Excellent interpersonal, communications and organization skills
Experience
Mandatory:
1 to 2 years’ experience in HR, Administration and Logistics in a large organization
Desirable:
-Fluency in verbal and written English (Arabic is a plus)
-Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
-Professional appearance, strong level of influence and ability to motivate others.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer and any Professional HRMS
-Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
-Good judgement and decision-making skills.
