Job Description:
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)

-B.Tech with minimum 5 years experience with minimum 3 years in UAE.
-Quantity take-off & estimation.
-Subcontract management & negotiation.
-Knowledge of building and construction in planning and costing.
-Experience in preparing estimates and costs of the work, and when the project is in progress, keeping track of any variations to the contract that may affect.
-Experience in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
-To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
-Analytical thinking skills.
-Knowledge of building and construction in planning and costing.
