Qualification & Experience:
-Degree in Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety with NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA & minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Substation Projects.
-Experience in Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) preferred.
-Must be deeply knowledgeable in the HSE Management System.
-MS Office mandatory.
-Fluent in English.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
Role & Responsibility
-Monitor the implementation of the HSE management system in their assigned area & support the relevant construction supervisors on all HSE matters
-Reports HSE findings to the relevant construction personnel and follow up the status of implementation of the identified preventive and corrective action.
-Carryout any other assigned HSE activity
-Advice the site HSE manager of any necessary required action to improve working and living environmental conditions in the field under their individual responsibility.
-Ensure the employees are aware of the hazards and handling of hazardous material according to the label.
-Arrange HSE training courses at the site
-HSE induction training for new workers and staffs
-Maintenance of all HSE records.
