Position-Summary:
To develop and execute an effective commercial strategy, revenue objectives and targets that contribute to the company s financial goals for Leasing. Achieve profitable growth that exceeds the business targets by pursuing all business development opportunities through the sales and marketing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
-The candidate should be able to provide the best customer service, should be able to do financial & risk analysis of the current or any new project, should be able to follow the contract terms & conditions and get the claims from the client on time without any delay. Should be able to process all the claims on time. Ability to manage a team of mechanics/ inspectors who conduct periodic maintenance of cars.
-Develops a commercial strategy designed to grow Leasing revenues.
-Identifies the corporate sales market and responds to the growing market demands
-Identify strategic new marketing and promotional opportunities and develop new senior market relationships to increase business revenue generation.
-Monitor competitor activity and stay up to date on key trends for the identification of market potential.
-Create clear targets and incentives schemes to motivate and drive new business.
-Identify any training or development requirements of employees, communicate job expectations, coaching and monitoring employee performance to accomplish marketing and sales adjectives.
-Analyzing trends and results of sales conversations rates and recommend selling prices based on monitored costs, competition, and supply and demand.
-Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing and implementing, and evaluating advertising, promotion programs and developing sales action plans.
-Effective future forecasting of sales and revenue.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or appropriate alternative
Additional Qualification: Strong network and understanding of Car rental industry in Leasing
Job specific skills:
Interpersonal skills, Computer Proficient, Strong understanding of customer and market
Key competencies:
Good organizational and planning skills, the ability to lead and, motivate, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, attention to detail, ability to set and plan for yearly budgets, IT literate with ability to compile and present MIS reports.
