Requirements:
-Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
-More than 7 years of experience in related fields
-Able to work independently
-Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
-Experienced in construction of high rise buildings
Job Description
-Structural engineering and managing on site to performing structural design and analysis, drawing management, value engineering, production and coordination among disciplines on time.
-Perform structural design tasks in accordance with accepted engineering standards utilizing both manual and computer based methods
-Develop new ideas or alter existing designs to meet special needs where no standard application will fulfill project requirements
-Execute his work in accordance with project schedules and coordinate execution of projects with other disciplines and the Project Manager
-Assist in preparation of specifications and the development of design standards when necessary
-Fully comprehend the Owner Requirements, Specifications, Contracts, and drawings and review shop drawings for accuracy, completeness and clarity. When necessary, write and issue Request For Information or similar documents
-Structural value engineering and constructability review
-Coordinates work among the various trades and supervise and direct the work of the line.
-Assist in the training and development of subordinates
