Role & Responsibility
Welding: Inspector shall be certified as an American Welding Society CWI, CSWIP 3.1 Certified Welding Inspector, or COMPANY approved equivalent. Inspector shall have a demonstrated background and thorough knowledge of codes such as ANSI B 31.3, 31.4 and 31.8, ASME Section V and IX, API 620 and 650, AWS D1.1, required for the execution of the WORK. Where Nondestructive Testing (NDT) forms part of the WORK, and Inspector is required to review or ensure NDT programs and results, he shall have been previously qualified and certified to a minimum ASNT Level II in the relevant methods. When performing, reviewing or ensuring Nondestructive Testing in VT, MT, PT, RT or UT, he shall be certified in the specific methods. When performing, reviewing or ensuring Radiographic Testing Film Interpretation (RTFI), Inspector shall be certified in RTFI.

Direct work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and standards with welding and testing requirements required for the WORK, such as ANSI/ASMEB31.3, B31.4 & B31.8; ASME BPVC (Sections V and IX); and AWS D1.1.
Reference (Experience)
-High school diploma with six (6) or more years of direct work experience, in the specific engineering discipline(s), performing QC inspection and testing of industrial project materials, equipment, systems and facilities under construction and Pre-Commissioning.
-Three (3) or more years of direct work experience performing QC inspection and testing related to the scope of WORK (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects).
-Direct work experience and demonstrated thorough knowledge of engineering codes and standards with welding and testing requirements required for the WORK, such as ANSI/ASMEB31.3, B31.4 & B31.8; ASME BPVC (Sections V and IX); and AWS D1.1.
Language
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
