Qualification & Experience:
-Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience combination in construction and/or engineering.
-Mechanical engineer with overall idea in electrical and instrumentation works is highly recommended.
-Age below 45
-Proficient with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
-Perform critical path analysis and identify potential delays and their impacts on project timelines.
-Conduct delay analysis and provide recommendations for schedule recovery.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule data and update project timelines.
-Monitor project progress and provide regular schedule variance analysis and risk assessments.
-Prepare and present schedule reports to project teams and senior management.
-Perform “what-if” scenarios to assess the impact of changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
-Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and best practices.
-Minimum of 8 years of experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6 in a multidiscipline project, Oil and Gas experience preferred.
-Proven experience in delay analysis, EOT claims.
-Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
-PMP or other relevant certifications.
-Experience in construction or engineering projects with preference for multidisciplinary oil and gas projects.
-Familiarity with other project management tools and software.
