OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
JOB PURPOSE:
Quality control and assurance of the components, critical processes and low voltage distribution board branded by alfanar.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Conduct the inspection process for components as per drawing specification, control plan, standards references.
-Knowledge in EG & GI materials, CNC sheet metal, Welding, Powder coating, plating process and correspondence standards for Load Centre manufacturing.
-Actively gel with other departments and Work closely with design team to understand the new components inspections in terms of newly released drawings.
-Create control plan and release to in-process QC with hands on training.
-Maintain calibration control through SAP for measuring instruments (Metrology & shop floor instruments)
-Interact with various local and external laborites testing to conduct the product audit as per planned schedules.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
-Candidate MUST have experience EG coil or GI coil inspection.
-Spot Welding process inspection experience.
-Powder coating inspection experience
-CNC machines and press Shop Inspection experience.
GENERIC SKILLS:
Good Computer knowledge / communication Skills.
Knowledge on special process / inspection instruments handling.
