Job Description:
The Analyzer Technician should possess knowledge of the analyzers and its related systems. Must have the capabilities to apply knowledge in order to define problems, assist in improving the system and make necessary repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Demonstrate good oral and written communication skill and able to work in teams.
-Understand Analyzer working principles and usage of related supporting software, if any.
-Must be capable learning new analyzers and performing related PM, calibration, troubleshooting, repair and update to related documentations.
-Aware of EQUATE EH&S policies and Global Maintenance Work Process.
-Contribute the knowledge in installation, commissioning, start-up and shut down of analyzer systems.
-Capable of understanding and identifying revisions or creation of procedures, loop drawings and Analyzer plumbing drawings.
-Have logical thinking capabilities to solve analyzer issues.
-Keep updated for new technologies and identify analyzer obsolesce within the area of responsibilities.
-Should have basic process unit operation knowledge.
-Interface with EQUATE maintenance & production staff to keep abreast of their needs and problems.
-Possess an attitude to strive to achieve customer requirements.
-Assist operators in performing equipment repairs, preparing for maintenance and returning equipment to service after maintenance.
-Knowledge in PC usage for analyzer maintenance support activities.
Qualifications:
-Technical certificate shall be in electronic / Instrumentation diploma or Bsc. with 5 to 8 years dedicated experience on analyzer field.
-Should be able to meet above “Duties and responsibilities.
-Equate experience preferred.
