LANDSCAPING DIVISION
Responsibilities
-Manage the execution of softscape projects, equipment requirements and timing to ensure completion of work within project schedule
-Manage safety, quality and productivity of work sites
-Assist in the preparation of jobsites prior to the beginning of a project
-Read and interpret specifications to delegate/complete work activities
-Supervise the work of staff members to ensure proper safety, quality and productivity
-Utilize necessary equipment to complete job task
-Perform preventive maintenance tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating and cleaning on a daily basis
-Train staff members on proper and safe job methods
-Complete and submit all required paper works on daily basis
-Perform manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments and equipment
Minimum Requirements
Graduated
Qualifications
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Plant knowledge and identification and experience in plant care
-Competent in the use of power tools (chainsaw, sprayers, lawn mowers, trimmers etc.)
-Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
-Ability to work both independently with little supervision and as part of ateam
-Ability to lead others and manage staff/labor
-Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
-Knowledgeable in landscapes, hardscapes, drainage, irrigation and lighting
Required Experiences
Minimum of three (5) years’ experience in horticulture/landscaping
Minimum 5 years of Experience in Landscaping KSA or GCC
