ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Basic Function
Direct & co-ordinate, follow-up & monitor for any corrective action, all maintenance activities on Instrument equipment and Control Systems, pertaining to the refinery process units. Assign required manpower resources / materials to each maintenance activity to be carried out in his area or unit. Assign job priority that match the requirement of safe and smooth operation.
Work To Be Performed
-Participate in meetings with various stakeholders and provide required inputs in finalizing Instrument Maintenance jobs.
-Develops detailed work step activities with craft type, estimated hours, materials and logistics plans.
-Assess job scope to understand and develop optimal plan to achieve turnaround with utmost safety, quality and cost performance.
-Identify all materials, tools, equipment and special preparations required for PM and CM and Breakdown Maintenance.
-Arrange for specialist support service as required for the job.
-Work closely with maintenance planning team and Workshop team for the right material to be purchased timely and to execute the job as per requirement.
-Create inventory pick list, Desktop Requisition and liaise with commercial & warehouse team to ensure that all material is delivered in a timely manner.
-To be well versed with Maximo/SAP applications.
-Perform standby engineer duty as Authorized Applicant & Authorized Engineer’s role for Permit to Work (PTW) requirement.
-To be Prepare baseline schedules.
-Reviewing, updating and monitoring of schedules and works progress status including identifying slippage /areas of concern and suggest action plan for recovery.
-Reviewing of planning deliverables e.g. schedule & progress reports received time to time.
-Data collection, analysis and compilation of various reports as directed by management from time to time.
Qualification & Experience
-Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/ Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
-Total 8 years experience in field maintenance, maintenance planning refinery or petrochemical industry.
-Shall be fully familiar with instrument preventive maintenance plans
-Good knowledge of English language.
-Have experience in using PRIMA VERA (P6) Package and other related computer applications.
