JOB DESCRIPTION
-Collection of equipment details of all type of instrument items from site, drawings and catalogues for preparing the data to input in e-BEAMS System (e-Business & Enterprise Asset Management System).
-Development of Asset numbers as per e-BEAMS Equipment Numbering.
-Supporting maintenance activities by Collection of Maintenance data from maintenance manuals/ site and assigning to meet e-BEAMS data entry requirements such as maintenance schedules, spare parts information etc.
-Asset Specification entry and equipment data sheet attachment.
-Perform all other relevant e-Beams activities as directed by his line supervisor.
-Work with PC Software’s e.g. Excel, Access etc. for equipment data collection and management.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Instrument or Electronic Engineering with three (3) of relevant discipline or Diploma Engineering in above disciplines with seven (7) years of relevant experience.
