OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
JOB PURPOSE:
Quality control and assurance of the components, critical processes and low voltage distribution board branded by alfanar.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Developing the internal quality procedure for fabricated and tooling products.
-Control rework and rejection through first sample approval procedures and RCA
-Work closely with other internal departments to improve product and system quality. Train the technicians to follow the control plan and check sheets for the new products.
-Applying the new technique and concept of methodologies like zero defects, FMEA and statistical analysis.
-Responsible of handling finished product inspection of press, punching operation, welding, grinding operations through quality procedures.
-Handling ISO documents i.e., formats, documents, work instruction, quality alerts, check sheet and Control plans related to fabrication, grinding and switch box.
-Communicating with sub-ordinates and other internal department staffs related to day by day quality issues.
-Post WIP materials in SAP for in process and FG as per given job card.
-Internal NCR follow ups, Root cause analysis for assembly reworks.
-Record and document non-conformities and follow up with other departments to close NCR
-Report to QC Engineers for Assembly Process Defects / Raw material Defects.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Qualification & Experience:
-Diploma / ITI in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in relevant field.
Generic Skills:
-Good Computer knowledge / communication Skills.
-Knowledge on welding process / handling measuring instruments.
