Qualification & Experience:
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized institute with minimum 5 to 10 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry in the field of condition monitoring of equipments.
-Understanding of vibration analysis with proven experience of heavy rotating equipment.
-Shall have hands on experience with vibration analysers, data collectors that includes
CSI 2130 and ADRE 408 and Industrial Rigid Borescope/ Industrial Videoscope.
-Shall be familiar with software that includes CSI RBM ware, Bently Nevada ADRE
SXP and SYSTEM I.
-Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
-Shall be capable of group communication.
-Shall be familiar with safety standard that follows in oil and gas industries.
Job Description
-Assist in carry out vibration surveys as designated on all types of rotating, reciprocating and static equipment on all Company specified equipment.
-Responsible for downloading the route to data collector and uploading the vibration data from data collector to vibration analysis software.
-Assists in carrying out bore scope inspection for major rotating and stationary equipments.
-Assist in carrying out vibration analysis using the software that includes CSI RBM ware and Bently Nevada ADRE SXP.
-Assist in preparation of technical reports.
-Assist in carry out RECIP TRAP survey for reciprocating machines.
-Basic knowledge of computers and trending procedure and drive Contractor's vehicles as required.
