Job Purpose
-The candidate will serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for the company’s hiring needs covering functions such as Marine Operations, Ship Building and Maintenance, Rig Building and Constructions, IT, Engineering and Design. The Senior Technical Recruiter will drive sourcing strategy, identify and recommend process improvements, and partner with team members in the execution of these critical components of talent acquisition.
-The candidate will work with a team of recruiters focusing in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and manpower planning. The candidate must be able to successfully prioritize and close searches against a timeline and demonstrate the ability to hit benchmarks, metrics, and customer SLAs.
Primary Accountabilities
-Manage and maintain the workforce management system, business rules, inputs, and outputs
-Knowledge and experience with workforce management systems to properly manage and maintain staff schedules for over 2000 employees.
-Analyze, improve, and run staffing scenarios to recommend staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage for service level goals.
-Develop and utilize other analytical methods to coordinate with the Workforce Management system to improve accuracy of the forecast.
-Lead and facilitate weekly staffing calls with Senior Level Managers.
-Creates and maintains a scheduling database which demonstrates availability of Staff on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Prepares, assigns and communicates schedules based on forecasts and allocations from Workforce Management projections.
-Produce reports from the Workforce Management system as requested by management.
-Assessment of data and generation of related hypotheses and recommendations
Job Requirements
-Bachelors degree in MIS, HRM, Data Sciences or other relevant majors
-5 years of experience in Workforce Planning and Analytics
-Good command in English language

-Ability to perform basic and complex math functions
-Strong organization, communication and negotiation skills.
-Knowledge of manpower planning software and systems.
-Demonstrated experience in effectively interpreting and communicating information to individuals and groups at all levels within the organization.
-Ability to analyze and accurately interpret data.
-Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office)
