-B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 7 to 12 years experience in Project Control Civil works for Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Construction Projects.
-Gulf experience & Experience in Korean Companies preferred.
-Good command of written & spoken English
-Application of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe PDF)
-Receiving equipment rental/purchasing quotations from suppliers.
-Compare the cost and terms and conditions of quotations.
-Negotiation with suppliers
-Drafting Rental Contract
-Coordination between staffs and suppliers
-Checking Time sheet and invoice correction/review
-Payment Assessment
-Monitoring of equipment status
-Monthly report for payment
-Budget control for Equipment
-Document control (Contract, Approval sheet, Certificates, etc.)
-Other related jobs that can be assigned from time to time.
-Provide collection and sharing of lessons learned, feedbacks and returns of experience on issues/criticalities encountered during project execution.
