OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Qualification & Experience:
-4 years Degree in Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 8 to 10 years in Oil & Gas sector.
-Candidates are required to have a background working on medium to large scale Oil & Gas or Petrochemical or Industrial Plant Project. Candidates should have strong experience in Primavera.
-Candidate must be able to work efficiently in a team environment and have good communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must possess very good creative problem solving skills.
In general, the following skills are mandatory:
-Must be proficient in English language and shall have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Preparing Schedule for all bidding projects with manpower histogram.
-Inspecting site on daily basis.
-Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly project progress reports and submitting it to the client.
-Preparation and submission of Weekly Management Project & Procurement Status Report”
-Invoice preparation.
-Preparing plant shut down schedule as required.
-Preparation of Site Work Stoppage Report as required
-Monitoring of project progress based on schedule and raise alarm as and when required.
-Highlighting project progress concerns to the Project Manager
-Attending meeting with clients as per client’s requirement.
-Analysis of critical path of the project.
-Maintain the issue log and act on the same.
-Maintain the change request.
