Qualifications:
Education:
-Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering (BSEE preferable) with good standard oral/written technical English is a mandatory requirement. Instrument endorsements or instrument training course attendance culminating in appropriate certificate of achievement.
-Candidate to be within Saudi and to have transferable Iqama and should be valid more than a month.
Professional:
Technical quality control training (recorded / documented). Membership of a recognized electrical engineering institute, fully conversant with industry standards and specifications with a strong capability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and instrument drawings and instrument data sheets in accordance with Engineering & API Standards. Must be familiar with international rules & recommendations and safety aspects of pneumatic and electrical installations.
-Aramco Approved inspector in Electrical and Instrumentation Inspector (QM01, QM02, QM46, QM47, QM19, QM20) (if any preferable)
Experience:
-At least 5 years’ experience, Vendor Inspection or Third party inspection of Electrical, Communication and Instrumentation material during incoming, in-process and/or final stage inspection at production Factory.
-Must have technical knowledge of International Standard ASTM, IEC, NEC, ANSI, NEMA, IEEE, Aramco Standard, etc...
-Inspection of following equipment's including but not limited to process control System, RTU, Switchgears, Control gears, Transformers, Generator, Panel Board, Fiber optic & Instrument Cables, Motors, DCS, ESD system, Cathodic protection system, Control Valves, Instruments, Pressure transmitter, TT, LT, VMS, Flow meter etc...
Job Summary:
-Providing a quality control function during the execution of SESA contract or project works related in electrical & instrumentation within qualification training and experience limitations. Reporting and recording the results of all examinations and maintaining records.
