ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Building Projects.
-Ensure that the facility is maintained perfectly.
-Assign workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed company standards and building codes.
-Conduct stock inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
-Conduct regular inspection checks to ensure installations and fixtures are well maintained and the structures are sound.
-Conduct orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
-Ensure that the most suitably qualified person is assigned in the most suitable workplace.
-Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
-Perform repair duties in case of emergency or staff shortage.
-Issue supplies and equipment to workers and ensure proper usage.
-Attend staff meetings to discuss company policies and occupants' complaints.
-Ensure the availability of working uniform dresses.
-Ensure that all staffs are decently dressed up and well presentable.
-Record data regarding work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports.
-Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations.
