OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Responsible For:
-Responsible to the Site QA / QC Manager for all inspection activities.
-Experience in Pipeline Construction Project
-Well conversant with API 1104, ASME 631.3, ASME 631.4, ASME 631.8, ASME SEC V, ASME SEC IX, ASME VIII OIV 1 and all other API I ASTM I ASME Standards.
-Well conversant with Welding, NOT and Coating System in Pipeline Construction.
-Coordinate with Inspection personnel of Client on day to day inspection activities.
-Ensure that all subcontractors comply with the project specifications.
-Review checklist procedures.
-Issue non conformance reports on non-conforming materials and workmanship.
-Responsible for safeguarding of all QA / QC documents, records and test reports.
-Submission of the 'Inspection Notification to Company.
-Completion of all inspection reports I records.
-Review and maintain the Inspection reports and all QC documentation.
-Monitoring the construction activities to ensure the quality requirements are maintained.
-Review of inspection reports or results and submit to company review and acceptance as required.
-To co-ordinate the QC activities at the vendors works and on site and liaise with the Third Party
Inspectorate.
Qualification:
-Graduate Engineer in Mechanical Engineering.
-IRCA certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001: 2015 QMs (Optional),
-Inspection Personnel Certification like in Welding / Painting / Tank / Piping / Vessels / NOT.
-Certified Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1), Certified Piping Inspector API 570, NACE Level II / I 6-GAS GR 2 Preferable.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years experience in similar field in Oil & Gas Construction Industry & Experience in Pipeline Construction Project is must.
Other Skills:
-Lead Auditor in QMS (ISO 9001:2015)
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Willingness to work under pressure.
