OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
-B.E /B.Tech in Instrumentation with minimum 18 years of experience of working in Instrument and Control for power at least 15 years in power plant (boiler & turbine & auxiliaries), distillation plants and gas turbine plant.
-Shall be knowledgeable of all aspect of the Instrument and control of all the processes involved in power and distillation plants and their inter relationships, both theoretically and practically.
-Shall has a so lid working knowledge of process systems of process control systems, especially DCS, PLC and SCADA system and ability to study and evaluate control system loop and working experience in multi input/output control system. Working experience with
Foundation Bus, Hart & Profibus protocols.
-Proven ability to carry out in-depth analysis of plant problems, accurate reporting of the findings of the analysis, derivation and proposal of suitable cost effective solutions, modification, implementation or rectification of all matters related to instrumentation and control.
-Working experience 10 design and engineering in power station plant boiler, turbine, distillation and gas turbine control system.
-Shall be computer literate, have excellent report writing and verbal communication skill s.
-Shall have exposure in project management & ability to manage and motivate a team of people. Has capability to specify, plan and direct maintenance activities and to enhance standards of maintenance within MEW.
-Shall be capable of making swift and effective decisions.
-Understand and implement maintenance contract as outlined in the contract document.
-Establish manpower levels and maintain these throughout the contract period, cost control, invoicing, reporting procedures, progress, efficiency and activity reporting procedures.
-Must be totally responsible for all manpower supplied under the terms and conditions of the contract.
-Co-ordinate any work interfaces with the appointed Mechanical and Electrical Contractors.
-Formal certificated training in ISO 9002 & QA I QC.
