OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12 years experience as a Scaffolder in Plant maintenance jobs in Upstream / downstream including earlier experience in supervisory capacity.
-Direct & co-ordinate the work of the Contractor’s personnel in his area of responsibility.
-Monitor HSE related issues and ensures compliance at site during PM activities.
-Prepares & submits daily & monthly time sheets as may be required.
-Direct Scaffolding jobs during Plant Maintenance / shutdown.
-Review scope of work pertaining to his job and direct their implementation in a safe and efficient manner.
-Ensures availability & distribution of correct manning levels & requisite tools & equipment to effect the works.
-Carry out the job function of any other mechanical supervisor when required to do so.
-Compiles daily activity report.
-Inputs to Planning on status of Scaffolding jobs.
-Ensure safe working conditions for personnel.
-Attends to call out duties after normal working hours.
-Co-ordinate maintenance works with the Company’s Operations Group.
-Co-ordinate survey activities with planning personnel
-Must be a holder of the valid Kuwaiti driving licence.
-Liaise with Company & Area Engineers as required.
-Plan daily workload of all personnel in his work area.
-Assist in planning Scaffolding program/plan layout.
-Have skill to disassemble and reassemble facility machinery in accordance with specification.
-Be able to complete assigned jobs without direct supervision.
-Must be a holder of valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
-Have capability to direct the work of several personnel at various locations.
-Be able to decide on the necessity to repair or replace parts.
-Be capable of group communications to direct and co-ordinate work he is responsible for.
-Have the ability to prepare maintenance forms, reports, and the like.
-To be able to design the frame of Scaffolding material to fit into the Plant location layout.
