Educational & Qualification:
-High School Diploma or any Bachelor Degree.
-Must be fluent in English communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and resolve guest complaints by escalating the calls to the concerned teams
-Open maintenance tickets on call center system as per the incoming request and follow up to resolve all pending issues.
-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; verifying information.
