Education Qualification:
Any bachelor’s degree or Diploma (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
Professional / Technical Qualifications:
Minimum one of the following:
-NEBOSH IGC
-Any other certificate certifications (considered at ADNOC Group disretion)
Mandatory:
-Level 3 Award in HACCP
-Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety
-Additional HSE Trainings / Certifications will be added advantage.
Work Experience:
-Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in HSE in any industry, experienced in camp and catering food safety management, with at least 1 year experience in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations / production in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
-Gulf experience preferred.
Skill & Competency:
-Be able to independently implement and maintain Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP in a catering and camp environment.
-Able to conduct kitchen, dining, laundry, recreation and camp facilities audits and produce reports independently
-Able to audit and assess food raw material supplies.
-Able to conduct in-house hygiene related trainings to food handlers.
-Able to maintain HACCP related records and documents.
-Ability to conduct HSE orientation / induction / HSE awareness session to workers
-Ability to understand and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures / work instructions.
-Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/WMS) Risk Assessment etc.)
-Awareness of practical H2S control measures.
-Ability to conduct HSE inspections.
-Ability to understand and implement incident reporting and investigation procedures.
-Ability to speak read and write English with good communication skills
