Qualification & Experience:
-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized institute with minimum 7 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industries in the field of condition monitoring of equipments.
-Thorough understanding of vibration analysis with proven experience on heavy rotating equipment, trouble-shooting and trending.
-Shall be fully conversant with computer and shall able to generate technical reports.
-Shall have hands on experience with CS I 2130 vibration analysers, Industrial Rigid Borescope/ Industrial Videoscope equipments, RECIP TRAP survey equipments.
-Shall be familiar with software like CSI RBM ware.
-Shall have experience in the use of this equipment on gas turbines, gas engines and centrifugal compressors, electric motors and pump.
-Shall be capable of carrying out vibration analysis on non-rotating parts.
-Shall be understanding the ISO, API standards for vibration measurements.
-Must be fluent in Reading, Writing and Speaking English.
-Be capable of group communication.
-Shall be familiar with safety standard that follows in oil and gas industries.
-Shall be able to carry out the assigned task independently.
Job Descriptions:
-Carry out vibration surveys as designated on all types of rotating, reciprocating and static equipment on all Company specified equipment.
-Carry out bore scope inspection of major rotating and stationary equipments.
-Analysis of vibration data using the software that includes CSI RBM ware.
-Carry out RECIP TRAP survey for reciprocating machines available le in Company's facilities.
-Carry out the motor current analysis for accessing the motor condition.
-Preparation of technical reports on equipment survey and giving the recommendation for any abnormal equipment conditions.
-Perform calibration checks on vibration switches and probes.
- Produce photographic evidence of any defects discovered during inspections or video film as necessary.
-Use analytical instrumentation to diagnose machinery problem.
