Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
-Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and company standards.
-Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Execution & Monitoring:
-Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
-Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
-Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
Technical Coordination:
-Act as the primary liaison between project teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
-Provide technical support during the design, procurement, and construction phases to resolve issues and ensure project specifications are met.
Reporting:
-Prepare and present regular project status reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
-Maintain detailed project documentation for future reference and compliance purposes.
Required Qualifications
-Proven working experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
-Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in procurement and project management, preferably within the construction, power plant, petrochemical, oil & gas sectors.
-Ability to manage multiple discipline projects.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
-Project management and supervision skills.
