OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Oversees and reports on the TCM area activities during the shift to ensure smooth running of TCM. Provide safe working environment and to maintain good relationship and high morale among the members of the team, Coverage and assist in TCM team selection/nomination submit investigation/performance and all required requested reports.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma in Engineering or equivalent training and experience with sound knowledge of Mechanical and operations.
Experience:
Minimum 10 to 12 years operational experience in rolling mills in the production department. Detailed technical knowledge of the specific process being operated is required.
Skills:
20 % of work in office supervising and reports and decision making and 80 % Job in adverse plant conditions, dust, noise etc for supervising and trouble shooting. Supervisory skills, Planning and scheduling skills, problem solving skills, Optimizing skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills. PC literacy English language.
