Education
-Bachelor’s Degree in Science Discipline with minimum 1 year.
-Associate Degree in Science Discipline with minimum 3 years.
-Technical Diploma / Certificate Course with minimum 5 years.
-High School with minimum 8 years.
-Good communication skills in English & Arabic.
-Candidate must have minimum 5 years work experience in the Pipe manufacturing Industry.
Job Description
The Mill Foreman reports to the Mill Supervisor and has the responsibility and authority for:
-Controlling all activities on pipe mill and ensuring pipe quality is as per required standard
-Supervising and allocation of labor
-Selection of the Hot Rolled Coils and Supervising Coil Loading Operations
-Setting up the Internal Skelp set up and carrying out Skelp Welding Operations
-Assisting in the mill setup and forming operations
-Coordinating reporting activities and ensuring approved working procedures are
implemented.
-Marking of mechanical samples and cutting macro samples for the Laboratory
-Assisting the Mill Supervisors
-Operating the equipment efficiently & safely and informing Mill Supervisors of any issues.
