Job Description:
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

-Diploma / Graduate / Masters (Preferably in Civil / Management)
-Must have overseas experience (Minimum 3 years) in Civil Project.
-Experienced in Pre and Post Contract Administration.
-Well verses in Negotiation / Drafting / Amendment of Contractual Correspondence.
-Knows the concept of subcontract prerequisite qualification evaluation.
-Can generate claims / Job / Change Orders.
-Can prepare final settlement of subcons
-Can maintain variation logs.
-Able to coordinate and review subcontractor progress
 -Gulf experience preferred.
