Role & Responsibility
-The primary responsibility of this role is to manage progress payment claims to Company.
-This includes collecting detailed supporting documents related to procurement and milestone-based progress, and preparing payment claim documentation accordingly.
-A core part of the role involves accurately preparing the Payment Certificate (PC) that reflects the project's key procurement items and construction progress.
-Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, procurement and schedule)
-Assist in preparing and providing status report of Payment claim and receiving.
Requirement Qualification
Major / Degree
University degree or equivalent.
Expertise / Skill
-Ability to control Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
-Ability to draft official documents and emails.
Reference (Experience)
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in cost control
Language
English: Intermediate to fluent (to communicate with internal teams and prepare documentation).
