JOB PURPOSE:
To review, analyze, and document of business and functional requirements, process, flow, and design specifications, prepare technical and functional documentation, develop PL/SQL database objects, SQL scripts, Oracle workflow, Unix Shell Scripts, Interfaces, Reports, and forms. Prepare test plans and test scripts as well as lead test cycles. Work with the business users and IT Project Manager to aid with planning and delivery of IT solutions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
-Handles all the technical developments that is assigned to the ERP Technical Specialist in Oracle ERP system.
-Handles technical development on any new requirements / enhancements, provide effort estimation and version management and quality assurance.
-Reviews, evaluates, analyses and participates in planning upgrades, new technologies and other improvements.
-Closely interact with the functional team to understand the issues reported by the business, provide expertise from a technical standpoint and deliver solutions that meets the quality and standards followed by the company.
-Follow the change control and incident management processes in operational areas and use the relevant systems to execute these processes.
-WORKLOAD MANAGEMENT: works with little direction and supervision, timely completion of projects, makes time for unplanned assignments, adapts to changing priorities
-ETHICS AND INTEGRITY: perceived fairness; tolerance; honesty; consistent in application of policies and procedures.

Technical Degree (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA /B.sc)

-SQL / PL*SQL
-Oracle Forms & Reports
-OA framework
-Interfaces & Standard APIs
-Workflows, Alerts & Notifications
-Oracle Apps schema and architecture
-RDBMS – Oracle 11g
-Other Tools: Toad, PL/SQL developer.
-Oracle Apps Technical Architecture (specially in Finance)
-Base level product / functional knowledge of the following Oracle modules
-Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management)
-Oracle SCM
-Oracle HRMS & Payroll
-Oracle Enterprise Asset Management
COMPETENCIES:
Self-motivated, hard-worker, languages (Arabic and English) very good written and spoken.
