ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Job Responsibilities:
-Review and update Subcontract plan from PMT on weekly basis.
-Receipt of proposals from bidders.
-Receipt of requisitions from PMT, preparation of RFQs and floating inquiries.
-Assist in opening of bids and preparing comparative statements.
-Prepare minutes of meeting with vendors/subcontractors.
-Responsible for drafting of subcontracts/LOI/LOA.
-Comply with statutory ISO auditing systems.
-Assist In claims management related to subcontracts.
-Assist PMT on subcontracts closeout.
-Provide full admin support to the department related to subcontracts.
-Undertake any other project/duties assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience In subcontracts for Pipeline companies in Oil & Gas industry.
-Preferably working in ARAMCO related Projects
-Familiar with engineering and construction practices related to contract development and administration
-Familiar with subcontract planning, tendering and award
-Proficient in MS Office or other ERP system
-Strong in drafting and interpretation specifically related to contract clauses and letters
-Proactive and well organized
-Result oriented and able to work under pressure
-Professional, matures with keen attention to details
-Ability to work multi-tasks and independently
