Job Description
Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in OHTL projects 100kv and above ( lump sum contract bases ) as Project manager or senior position – documented experience -.
-Minimum 10 years experience in OHTL projects 100kv and above in Saudi Arabia or Gulf region.
-Familiar with SEC/NG standards and specifications.
-Leadership Skills.
-High level of performance and knowledge in Project Management, proposals, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, estimating procurement and reporting.
-Good communication, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
-If the candidates are available in Saudi Arabia with transferable IQAMA.
-Project Management for construction and execution of Overhead Transmission Lines and Underground cabling
-Provides schedule update data and information to enable updates of schedules and monitors progress against schedule.
-Planning for the jobs and tasks complete dates with the Contractor, consultant, owner and the Company as per the agreed contract.
-Preparation of inspection request and getting approval before starting the works and completion of all works from Civil and Electrical Departments.
-Ensure the procurement of all materials and equipments from purchasing and up to delivery on site,
-Ensure all materials are delivered in site compliances with the contract requirements.
-Ensure systems are tested in accordance with specifications and approved inspections and test plans.
-Ensure Health and Safety requirements and compliance
-Prepare reports
-Specifies external purchases, including subcontractors
-Plan all actions & follow up of quality of execution, contracts deliveries, customer inspections, invoicing and commitments.
