B.Sc Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
Professional Skills / Experiences
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in thermal power plants as planning Engineer for 300MW or above steam units.
-PMP is preferred.
-Proficiency in MS projects and primavera p6.
-Proficiency in MS Office and other computer skills.
-Must have A very good command of English language.
-Good reporting writing skills.
-Good organization skills

Job Summary
-Responsible for all the project planning.
-Responsible for all planning and monitoring documentation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Specific responsibility are:
-Assist the project manager in Creating project execution plan.
-Creating the organization charts for project, Creating the Mobilization plan and monitor the arrival of the manpower before shutdowns.
-Gathering data from all project sites, supervise the enre project and prepare technical reports.
-Collaborating and communicating with other project professionals, managers and all team.
-Understanding and meeting all contracts’ requirement.
-Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
-Attending and scheduling all the official meetings and creating MOMs and sending it officially.
-Creating and monitoring administration sheets such as (3RD party me sheets, attendance sheets, mobilization and demobilization data, handover documents, petty cash).
-Responsible for all the project documents filing and updating such as (SOW, Approved schedules, work progress, JCC, lesson learn, delivery notes, PO/PR Status, Project summary, technical reports)
-Cost controlling all the project if required.
