ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality Assurance Department in a reputed organization engaged in manufacturing of Power / Distribution Transformers and having experience in following activities:
-Ability to Plan & conduct all Electrical (Routine) tests on Transformers as per the International Standard (IEC & ANSI).
-Arrange to conduct Type Test & Special Tests on Transformers, Substations LV Panels etc.
-Planning of test facility, Instrument Calibration and Validation of all measuring Instruments.
-Inspection & Releasing of raw materials and Processing of Receiving Reports (RR).
-Monitoring of In-process inspection to ensure that all relevant tests / inspections are conducted at various stages /Cost Centers.
-Review and Issuance of NCR / ENCR / QA Reports etc. to address the Quality & Environmental non-conformance.
-Review / Issuance of Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, Test Plan, Quality Plan etc.
-Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor having exposure in implementation of QMS & EMS.
Requirements
-B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
-Conversant with requirements of Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
