-Basic education in Culinary school or relevant field
-Broad experience in butchery (know-how all the cuts)
-Extensive training in hygiene (HACCP)
-Minimum three (3) years experience as butcher
-Relevant experience in the GCC is a plus (preferably in Saudi Arabia)
-Able to communicate in English
