Job Purpose and Responsibilities

Schedule/System management, Progress measurement and preparation of back-up document for progress achievement, reorting work
Role & Responsibilities
-Advanced schedule management
-Early warning function
-Collect Daily/Weekly/Monthly report from all subcontractors
-Preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly report
-CM tool data input and update
-Progress measurement and preparation of evidence document
-Calculates daily work done quantity and make daily construction progress report.
-Progress monitoring, Delay analysis ( if any) , Variance analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Education
-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
-Formal Training in Project Scheduling using Primavera.
Experience
-5 years of experience and exposures in Planning and schedule control in
Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
-Expert in using Primavera software
-Preparing overall schedule of works included in the project scope.
-A minimum of Level 3 showing all phases of works, durations, and milestones in logical sequence
Skills & knowledge
-Ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications and contract documents. Ability to write routine reports and formal correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers
or employee of organizations.
-In depth knowledge in all areas of project management (e.g. Scope, Schedule, Quality, Safety and etc…)
-Ability to develop and maintain procedures to standardize the process.
-Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written to top management and internal/external customers.
-Ability to solve complex problems and provide expert advice utilizing the systematic approach in solving technical/contractual problems.
-Ability to analyze and understand procedures required to conduct investigation particularly in resolving contractual issues to come up with sound judgment (e.g. delay analysis, establishing entitlement to a claim
and etc.) which needs critical analysis of the whole system including interpretation of various types of records/documents which are usually
in non-standard forms.
-Expertise in formulating complex but repetitive calculations using spreadsheet (Excel) to enhance traceability and to shorten the calculation process.
-Ability to make power point presentation for training and/or reporting purposes.
Language Skills
Proficient in English (written and oral)
