ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Qualification & Experience:
-Degree in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Design.
-Carry out required Instrumentation Engineering activities such as P&ID review, Index, Specification, IO list, Instrument datasheets, layouts, cable schedule, interconnection diagram, Material Take-Offs (MTO) , calculation/ sizing sheets for field Instruments and Valves.
-Review & revise Design documents and drawings such as Instrument Location Plan, Cable Tray Layout, control Room Layout at each incremental engineering stage
-Carry out procurement activities support i.e. MR, TBE, VP review, vendor coordination & meetings etc. for various field instruments
-Preparation & review of Control system Documents – such as System architecture, Cause & Effect Diagram, Logic Diagram
-Participate in FAT, SAT & Field Engg.
-Coordinate with Package Vendors & review Package vendor documents
-Experience in Gulf / Korean Companies preferred.
Technical Skills:
Candidate should have hands on experience & expert knowledge in basic and detailed design engineering of Instrumentation & Control for oil and gas industry that includes:
-Specification Sheets/ Datasheets for Gauges, Transmitters, Valves, Flow, Temperature, Level Instruments
-Basic Knowledge of Control System- DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC etc., Architectural Drawing etc.
-Understanding of inter discipline issues and co-ordination with other disciplines, Vendors, JV partners, Client etc.
-Level Sketches, Hook up Drawings, Cable Block Diagram,
-Wiring / Loop Drawing
-Review of Instrumentation Documents & Drawing in Mechanical Packages/ Rotary Package.
-Knowledge of relevant International/ local Codes & Standards
-Familiar with Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) modules such as instrument index, data sheet, instrument wiring & Loop diagram, hook up diagram etc.
-Familiar with Model Review (eg. SP3D/ Navis Works)
-Familiar with MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and other similar computer program
