Role and Responsibilities:
-Deliver QA QC focal point role from early phases of the project delivering PQP and other Quality related activities as per discipline delivery plan, also involving contractor/supplier or project team
-Set up QA QC requirements in the contracts and carry out evaluation, qualification of the contractors / suppliers. Review and approve Contractor / suppliers QA/QC deliverables, procedures, plans, inspection reports ensuring compliance with Project requirement and providing technical expertise for the specific area
-Reviewing specific discipline QA/QC Documentation/Dossiers issued by Contractor / supplier, for the final approval of the QA QC team lead / Head.
-The Execution Contractor implements conducting review and audit on the contractors / suppliers or specific project activities. Verifying recommendation of internal and external Audits.
-Analyzing IVB findings and provide technical advice to solve the findings
-To support Q-Cards close out and issue quality bulletin and quality alerts/moments
-To support QA/QC during different projects stages such as Pre-Feed, Feed, and execution stage including final dossier preparation.
Skills / Qualifications:
-Higher Professional Technical Education (Engineering/Technical degree or equivalent) BE, B Tech, M Tech
-Minimum 2 years experience in a QA / QC role in the Oil, Gas Plant Maintenance Industry across all phases of the project.
-Experience in operating software based QA/QC Monitoring systems.
