Profile Summary
-Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities for Remeasurable / Unit Rate Contracts.
-Undertake cost analysis for Construction and EPC project.
-Prepare and Manage control Budget.
-Prepare and manage Resource Budget (Manpower & Equipment).
-Prepare Monthly Cost reports.
-Forecast costs within reports – project actual cost against planned costs to provide accurate forecasts with which to manage the project performance.
-Prepare and submit monthly valuations, including all supporting information for materials on site, variations and measurement.
-Familiar with measuring Value of Work Done and WIP.
-Manage variations from the Contract Administrator / Project Manager ensuring all additional works are correctly recorded in line with the contract, and adequate records are maintained to ensure full revenue recovery.
-In conjunction with the Contracts Manager, compile, submit and negotiate agreement of the final contract account.
-Perform risk, value management and cost control.
-Identify, analyses and develop responses to commercial risks.
-Prepare and analyses actual costings.
-Subcontractors Management.
-Provide advice on contractual claims.
-Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
Essential Job Requirements
Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience Minimum of 10 years experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Required Skills
Proficient with MS Office Program.
Preferred Skills
A responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful team player with good organizational and communication skills.
