Qualification & Experience:
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical with minimum 10 years of experience (GCC experience preferred) in Electrical / MEP/Mechanical Projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Project Budget (Base line) preparation
-Preparation of Cost Breakdown Structure
-Project Plan Vs Actual Reporting
-Checking of Productivity report of construction manpower
-Monthly Cost report
-Budget & Expenditure forecasting
-Handling of all Sub contract
-Sub Contract selection
-Project Cash flow & Profitability analysis
-Develop, implement and maintain Project Cost Control System & relevant documentations
-Lead the entire Cost control Team
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
-Good knowledge of modern office procedures, SAP, methods and computer equipment’s.
-Ability to Work as Part of a Team
-Obedience to the standards and codes set by professional bodies.
-Ability to forecast project requirements and assess actual status.
-Knowledge of engineering codes/ regulations/ guidelines.
-Knowledge of all aspects of operations and associates processes and project specifications related to mechanical construction.
-Should possess excellent communication & organizational skills.
