Job Description
Accounting
-Prepare & send financial documents to the Chennai HO.
-Assist with basic bookkeeping & data entry.
-Handling payroll & benefits, travel expense settlements, and other expense processing and payments
-Manage accounts payable & receivable.
-Support the preparation of financial reports & budgets.
Admin & HR
-Manage office supplies & equipment.
-Maintain organized records & documentation.
-Coordinate internal & external communications.
-Assist in planning & organizing meetings & events.
-Support the living arrangements & overall well-being of the Korean manager.
-Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
-Maintain employee records and assist with payroll processing.
-Help organize training and development programs.
-Address employee inquiries and support HR-related activities.
-Employee attendance management (working hours, annual leave, sick leave, etc.)
Education
-Accounting, Finance or related fields.
-Bachelor's degree preferred
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 to 15 years of experience related field
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Proficiency in English
Preferred Skills
-Experience with accounting software (SAP, Tally)
-Basic understanding of labor laws & HR practices
