Job Description:
OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

Education
-B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
-Very Good command in spoken and written English.
Experience & Skills
-Minimum 10 to 12 years experience in mechanical maintenance operations/engineering, overhaul & repair of process plant static &rotating equipment & machinery associated with Oil \ Gas \Petrochemical industry. Should have exposure to Project management, Materials/Spare parts management, Contract management, Maintenance planning & scheduling etc.
-Experience in computerized maintenance management systems (SAP)is mandatory. Should be conversant with fire & safety aspects of hydrocarbon industry.
-Should be conversant with quality, environment & safety management systems.
-Shall be Computer literate & be able to handle the basic PC soft wares. Shall possess technical report writing skills, Leadership, motivational skills and analytical skills related to technical problem solving.
Primary Purpose of Job
-Supervises & coordinates the work activities of assigned personnel in carrying out the Preventive, Corrective, Predictive, General& Inspection related mechanical maintenance and asset integrity activities of static & rotating equipment & associated piping / related accessories in hydrocarbon process plant; installed in Loading & Export Terminal, Multi product loading and berthing facilities (MPS) & associated utilities area. Holds the responsibility for all the mechanical maintenance & asset integrity jobs of Crude oil, Condensate, Naphtha & Fire water pipe lines &loss prevention equipment installed in the area.
-Supervises & coordinate the planning and execution of in house mechanical maintenance projects. Supports FEED and EPIC for the ongoing and upcoming projects related to the above areas
-Ensures that all the above activities are carried out timely, in line with CMMS / SAP requirements, following QP safety procedures/regulations with a view to attain optimum availability of plant and machinery for operations.
