JOB PURPOSE:
Financial specialist (ERP, CoA, P&P) is responsible for monitoring ERP system and all application associated with it. He is also operation performance enhancement and compliance. In charge of reviewing finance policies, procedures and processes. Additionally, maintaining, developing, periodical reviewing of chart of accounts.  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Policies & Procedures:
Follow policies and procedures covering all areas of reporting functional activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled and to ensure efficient, effective and deliverables at all times

Functional financial Accounting:
-Functional analysis with ERP (Oracle modules, etc..)
-System design development coordination with IT, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
-Develop corrective financial action plans, as required, that support Company policies, procedures, processes and goals.
-Maintaining, developing, periodical reviewing of the company chart of accounts 
-Actively participate in change management and contingency management processes.
-Review cost data with management, and coordinate resolution of concerns with other cost centres.
-Analyze and report variances for all processes.
-Perform or assist with financial compliance and procedural audits.
-System implementation coordination including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
-Oversees the development and implementation of systems, and controls to ensure that the quality and allocation are properly accounted for. 
-Support financial statement audits
-Support other accounting projects, as necessary
-Assistance in preparing accounting and financial reports for monthly, quarterly and year-end financial packages and financial statements including recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:

University degree in Accounting.

-Knowledge of applicable in financial control and reporting.
-Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in a relevant sector.
